1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you're not completely satisfied with AI SolutionX, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers of our Pro and Enterprise plans.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date
  • You must be a first-time subscriber (refunds are not available for renewals)
  • Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • The service must not have been excessively used (fair use policy applies)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free plan subscriptions (no payment made)
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
  • Add-on services purchased separately
  • Custom enterprise solutions (subject to separate agreement)
  • Services used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Accounts that have been terminated for policy violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  5. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:

  • If you've used a significant portion of the service
  • For prorated refunds when downgrading plans mid-cycle

7. Subscription Cancellation

8. Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of our refund policy, including but not limited to: repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds, excessive usage before refund request, or fraudulent activity. We monitor usage patterns to ensure fair use for all customers.

9. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we may be unable to provide a refund and your account may be suspended. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
